6.2.3. Delivery countries and VAT

Under “Delivery countries and VAT” you can create and edit delivery countries and their accompanying VAT.

 

5.8.3.1. Create new delivery country

Below we go through how you can create a new delivery country for your web shop.

 

Example – Create new delivery country In the following we go through an example of how you can create a new delivery country. As an example we create “Germany”.

 

1. Create new delivery country To create a new delivery country you have to choose “Delivery countries and VAT” under the “Control Panel” fan. Then you click on “Create new delivery country”. You will now get a new screen which needs to be filled in. 2. Country* Under the field “Country” you need to select the delivery country you want to create. We select “Germany” from the list. 3. Country code Under the field “Country code” you can enter a country code. We enter “DE”. 4. VAT in %* Under the field “VAT in %” you need to enter the VAT rate for private persons. We enter “19”. 5. Company VAT in %* Under the field “Company VAT in %” you need to enter the VAT rate for companies. We enter “0”. 6. Done  You are now finished – click “Create”.
