6.2.12. SMS texts

You can control the contents of the SMS’s that are sent through your web shop under the field “SMS texts” in the control panel.

6.2.8.1. Order SMS

Under the header “Order SMS’s” you have a list over the SMS-types that relates to orders created in your web shop. You can change the contents for:

SMS type	Description
Order sent	The user gets this sms when you change the status of the order to “Sent”. Tip: You can change the status of an order under “Orders > Order details”. Click on to send an SMS to the user
Tracking number	The user gets this SMS when you send it. Tip: You can send the tracking number under “Orders > Order details”. You first need to enter a tracking number and save it. Click on to send an SMS to the user.
