5.3.1. Drafts

When you click on “Drafts” you get a list of all the SMS’s you have created. An SMS is stored in drafts until it is sent. When it is sent it is shown in the list under Sent SMS’s. In the list “Drafts” you can see contents, sender, date of creation and the number of times the SMS has been sent. 


For each sent SMS you have some administrative options. These are:

Send SMS






When you click on send sms you are taken to a new page where you can send the chosen sms. First choose recipient. A recipient can be an entire user group, or a single person.

The single person can be a person belonging to a user group, or one without any.

When you have selected the desired recipient you click send SMS


































 






Edit SMS






You can edit an SMS that is already created. In the field sender you choose a sender name – or a sender number.

When you have edited the contents of an SMS you click on the edit button.

Please notice that you can keep an eye on the number of characters in your sms.


































 






Delete SMS






You delete an SMS by clicking the button shown on the left. You need to confirm that you want to delete the selected SMS
