4.1. Orders

Under the menu ”Orders” you can get a list shown with all your orders. As standard they are listed after ”Id” but you can also choose another selection by clicking on Status, Customer, Date of purchase or Order.


At the top frame you have the option to filtrate the showing after “Status”. If you do not change the filtration will be shown as ”All received orders” which are all orders without status ”Not received”.


For each ”Order” in the order list you can in the right frame choose to generate an invoice, send out order confirmation or see order details.


If you click on ”Order details” you will go to a new window where the details for the order will be shown. You have the option to change the status for the order concerned and make an internal note and register a tracking number. 


When you have forwarded an order you will often have to let your customer know that the order is sent off. You can do it either by sending an e-mail or a SMS to the customer.


Click on  to send an e-mail to the customer.


Click on  to send a SMS to the customer.
